Is Faire fair?

Agree or not agree, but is Faire fair? This seems to be a topic on everyone's mind at all times. Faire! And you love it or you don't. I have seen Faire transform business in good ways and also in not so good ways as well. If you are a vendor and your brand is on Faire, it can be a really good and powerful sales channel. If you are a sales rep and you are competing with Faire for orders, then it can hurt your business. In this week's episode, Faire is one of the five sales channels I recommend that wholesale vendors utilize and how sales reps can think smarter when working alongside Faire instead of trying to compete with it.  By sharing how Faire affects all sides of the industry, my hope is that everyone can use Faire to better the industry.
